Processing Time

All items are made to order.
Please allow up to 3 business days for processing and packaging before your order ships.
During holidays or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended slightly.

Color Variations

Please note that glass colors may vary slightly due to the manufacturing process and differences in screen display. Each piece of glass is unique, which is part of the beauty of handmade art.

Digital Product Delivery

For digital products (templates, guides, patterns, videos, etc.):

• Digital files are available immediately after purchase.

• A download link appears on the order confirmation page and will also be emailed to you.

• Please download and save your files promptly, as links may have download limits.

• No physical items are shipped for digital products.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

• Free Local Pickup
  Available at checkout. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.

• $10 Priority Shipping (U.S.)
  All shipped orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail or an equivalent carrier service.
  Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days once dispatched.

Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Issues

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact me within 7 days so I can assist you. Save all packaging and photographs of any damage for claim purposes.
